Andy traded as a slater and tiler and worked with all traditional materials including lead, Canadian cedar shingles and Horsham stone.

His love has always been working on various older properties within the Surrey/Sussex/Hampshire borders.

He handed over the  slating and tiling side of his business in 2006 to his oldest son Mark and Simon who was his longest serving employee and the roofing side has continued to flourish under their stewardship.

Andy can now concentrate full time to building and renovation work with his younger son Steven. He still undetakes intricate roofs for old properties and listed buildings. No job is too small and we hope that we can cater for everyone.

All of his building contracts are undertaken from foundations to roof level.

He works hands on and only takes on one contract at a time. Experienced tradsmen that have worked with him over many years have been chosen for their skills and workmanship.

Jenny, his wife, undertakes all the office work and accounts.

The aim of this small family business has, and will always be, to preserve the past for the future.
